RanSpec Chef Tables
Randell Chef Tables can be designed using hundreds of standard component driven designs at nearly unlimited sizes to provide a unique product specific to the building space, operator preferences or menu variations, all with time-proven and regulatory tested products. Competitive custom tables require part replacement by a sheet metal fabricator or from-scratch part manufacturing.

Refrigeration Units Have...

• Oversized and balanced, (134A), refrigeration system, factory sealed and pre-lubricated for long life - holds 33°F to 38°F

Bottom Mounted Units Have...

• A “no-stoop”, lower shelf
• Allows for top storage
• Compressor performs in the coolest, most greasefree area of kitchen for ease of compressor load
• Compressor can be serviced easily, and accessed by a single repairman

Freezer Units Have...

• Oversized and balanced, environmentally friendly R404A, refrigeration system
• -10°F temperature (air off evaporator coil, -20°F) holds frozen food and ice cream (T-19FZ maintains 0°F)
• Standard backguard improves airflow
• Large evaporator and coil heater permit short defrost cycle
• Automatic defrost system time initiated, temperature terminated
• Automatic evaporator fan motor delay during defrost cycle
